When it comes to a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB) or Request for Quote (RFQ). Our engineers provide assistance in the development of our clients’ DAS bid packages, ensuring that industry codes and standards are included in the implementation of the project.
Once work on the project has commenced, our manufacturer trained technicians will continuously work to ensure that the project is advancing in a timely fashion. Our highly skilled and experienced technicians upgrade their skill mastery by routinely attending manufacturer’s training sessions to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest best-practices. That level of skill mastery allows for DES to ensure the manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect on all installed systems. Not only do we provide an administration team to support our technicians in the field, but we also make available an on-site manager to quickly respond to any questions or needs expressed by the customer during this installation process.
